Ashfield Land oversaw the successful regeneration of this brownfield site in Evesham having identified the opportunity to transform it into a retail park.

The 41,500 sq ft sustainable development is anchored by an Aldi foodstore and was 100% pre-let to TK Maxx and Home Bargains during the design development stage.

The wider transaction involved partnering with former owner/occupier R Sinclair Transport (RST) to help this long-established family-owned business to relocate to a new 80,000 sq ft facility (at nearby Vale Park) safeguarding approximately 40 existing jobs and providing the opportunity for future expansion.

During the construction period, Ashfield Land completed the onward sale of Sinclair Retail Park to LXi REIT.
