Ashfield Land acquired this 64 acre site from a local landowner in an off market transaction in the Summer of 2015. We extended the site to 71 acres with an additional purchase in early 2017.
The site has an existing masterplan consent for a range of uses including retail, leisure, business and industry. Working in partnership with Kirkwood Homes, who control the adjacent site of circa 55 acres, we revised the masterplan to improve accessibility, marketability and deliverability of the site.
The site which is adjacent to the A90 and is accessed from the new Blackdog Interchange, part of the £740 million Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route which has recently opened.
