We have just submitted a planning application to South Lanarkshire Council for a major mixed use regeneration project in Glasgow.

To be known as Two74, the scheme is located on the Cambuslang Road, approximately one mile east of Rutherglen town centre. The site is extremely well located and will lie at Junction 2 of the M74, which is currently being extended.

The development will be anchored by a major food store along with a hotel, cinema, sport retail, a number of restaurants and 55,000 sq ft of employment.
