Ashfield Land is placing on record its appreciation to James Digby for 15 years of service in the business as he moves to a new role.
James joined Ashfield Land in 2005 and has been involved in growing the business into the successful firm that it is today.
He is leaving to take up a new position with HBD, heading up HBD’s Bristol office.
Andrew Fisher, Managing Director and Co-founder at Ashfield Land, said: “James has played a valuable part in the Ashfield Land success story and we wish him all the very best as he moves into a new role. Celebrating 30 years this year, Ashfield Land is a dynamic real estate business focused on long-term success. As always, we are keen to do deals and open for business.”
James originally joined Ashfield Land from Alder King. He has worked on schemes nationwide from office developments to mixed-use, logistics, strategic land and residential projects.
He was one of six Directors working alongside Nick Scott, Claire Cope, Steven McGarva, Paul Jagroop and Robert Birch.
Ashfield Land is active nationwide and currently taking a number of sites through planning and development. Projects range from the Two 74 scheme at Clyde Gateway (just outside Glasgow) where Ashfield Land is currently constructing a facility for leading leisure operator Topgolf through to retail-led regeneration in Worcester and Evesham, office development in Bristol, and residential/strategic land projects in Buckinghamshire and Suffolk.
Taking a long-term view and always ready to provide quick decisions, Ashfield Land is actively looking for the next generation of opportunities and interested to work with partners and landowners to unlock property potential.
James leaves Ashfield Land at the end of July and will start in his new role in September.
