Ashfield Land is restructuring its UK Operation and, as part of that, saying goodbye and thank you to Robert Birch who has been leading the Birmingham office for the last three years
Robert joined Ashfield Land in 2017 to help drive forward a number of sites and schemes. He has led successful projects including the retail-anchored regeneration developments at Sinclair Retail Park in Evesham and on Droitwich Road in Worcester.
Andrew Fisher, Managing Director at Ashfield Land, said: “Robert has been involved in a number of important sites and developments across the Midlands region during the last three years and brought with him knowledge, expertise and good humour. We’re grateful to him and wish him all the very best for the future.”
Despite the challenging market conditions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ashfield Land remains active and, is progressing sites within the portfolio and as always exploring opportunities across the UK. These range from the leisure-led Two 74 scheme at Clyde Gateway (just outside Glasgow) through to residential and strategic land projects in Suffolk and Northamptonshire.
Prior to joining Ashfield Land as a Director in its Temple Row office, Robert had already accumulated more than 28 years of commercial property across consultancy and in-house roles.
Robert leaves Ashfield Land at the end of November 2020.
