Ashfield Land increases portfolio holding at Aylesbury

Ashfield Land has acquired a further 46 acres to add to its strategic portfolio at Kingsbrook-Aylesbury, following on from its previous success.
The land is located to the southern tip of the successful Kingsbrook development and benefits from an Outline Planning Consent.
The Reserved Matters application is expected to be submitted for residential development by Barratt David Wilson and Ashfield Land in the early part of 2019.
