Outline planning permission has been approved for a major mixed use employment scheme at Kingdom Services, Halbeath.

The five acre site situated outside Dunfermline is bounded by the M90, A92 and Crossgates Road and currently consists of a petrol filling station, shop, lorry parking and children’s soft play area. The scheme will provide two state-of-the-art car showrooms along with a number of employment units in a courtyard setting. This represents 4.457 sq m (47,975 sq ft) of accommodation plus associated parking.

The site was acquired from a private investor in an off-market transaction.
