The land at Corner Farm was acquired on an unconditional basis in January 2010.
The farm extends to 285 acres and is part of a masterplan of some 306 hectares (756 acres) being jointly promoted with Barratt Strategic to help meet the housing and employment needs of the area, and further benefit the wider area of Aylesbury.

Status
A joint planning application with Barratt Strategic has been submitted to Aylesbury Vale District Council for the development of some 2,450 new homes. It also includes 10 hectares of employment land, significant enhancement to local biodiversity and new flood defenses to protect the town.
