St Catherine's Court entered into the National BCO Awards 2010

08 Apr 2010

We are delighted to announce that St Catherine’s Court has been entered into the prestigious British Council of Offices (BCO) Awards 2010.

Every year, the cream of UK corporate real estate gather at the BCO Awards to celebrate the very best in excellent office space. As the first new office scheme to be developed in the Clifton area of Bristol for over twenty years, St Catherine’s Court has achieved BREEAM Excellent accreditation since its completion of construction in June 2009.

The BCO's primary objective is to define excellence and the objective of these awards is to provide public recognition for top quality design, functionality, best practice and a benchmark for distinction.

In such volatile market conditions, more than ever a project's success will depend on its intrinsic qualities, the creativity and application of good design, quality of workmanship and clarity of brief.

St Catherine’s Court has been submitted into the Commercial Workplace category for the South West of England and South Wales and the regional panel will be announcing the winners in April/May 2010.
