The Glasgow office is the most recent addition to Ashfield Land’s office network and now gives the company a national coverage with our other offices in London, Birmingham and Bristol. The office is located in Blythswood Square in the heart of the city.

The office opened in July 2005 to build on Ashfield’s earlier success in Scotland where we bought over 450 acres through four deals and invested £45 million over three years.

Ashfield’s significant cash resources and our preference to buy sites outright on an unconditional basis make us very competitive in the Scottish market place.

Marcus joined Ashfield Land’s Bristol office in 1999; moving from one of the country’s leading national property consultancies where he specialised in agency and development work.

In 2005 he moved to Scotland and opened up the new Glasgow office. His role is to bring forward development projects across all sectors and extend the Company’s activities across Scotland and Northern England.

Mark joined Ashfield Land as a Director of the Glasgow Office in September 2006.

Mark qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997 and has worked in the Scottish Offices and Development market in many of the countries leading national property consultancies.

Mark’s role is to bring forward development projects across all sectors and extend the Company’s activities across Scotland and Northern England.
