Opened in 2000 by John Gray, the Midlands office of Ashfield Land has gone from strength to strength with some notable acquisitions and has subsequently become a recognised force in the region.

The ability of the team to identify, appraise and acquire land / property within a minimum of fuss often in a minimum period of time has led to strong confidence in the Birmingham office from landlords and occupiers alike.

John joined us in 2000 from one of the UK's best known developers, Morrison Developments (now AWG) where he ran the company's Birmingham office. His specific role is to develop Ashfield Land's portfolio in the Midlands through planning-led opportunities. His experience covers commercial schemes right across the board.

Nick joined Ashfield Land in 2002 following a successful period at DTZ in Birmingham where he had been specialising in Industrial and Roadside agency.

He has been involved with many major schemes throughout the Midlands and brought his experience to bear on some of Ashfield Land's most exciting new developments in the region.
