We have just submitted a detailed planning application for Regent Circus to Swindon Borough Council; for the proposed development of a major retail and leisure-led project on the 5 acre site of the former Swindon College town centre campus.
The development will include a Morrisons food store, high quality restaurants, a multi-screen cinema and the conversion of the old Technical College building into offices.
It is anticipated that the application will go before committee in the late summer and we hope to be on site by the end of the year.
